Red as the fire
that inflames a sunset,
red as the blood
that flows in my heart,
red as the ruby,
red as the good wine,
bright red, flaming red,
vermilion red, carmine red,
amaranth red, scarlet red,
red as my emblem,
this my self-portrait,
of me triple pattern.
I have written this my poetry in Italian language, therefore its translation in English language could have minor "Vis Poetica".
